How quickly will I get a response?+
We reply to every message within one business day, and usually much sooner during business hours. For urgent storefront issues, include your store URL and the affected campaign so we can prioritize and investigate right away.
Do you offer help setting up my first campaign?+
Yes. Onboarding support is included on every plan. We can guide you step by step through installing Discount Prime, connecting your Shopify store, and publishing your first volume or tiered discount so it works correctly on day one.
Can you help migrate from another discount app?+
Absolutely. If you are moving from another discount or pricing tool, send us a summary of your current promotions and we will help you recreate them in Discount Prime - including thresholds, product targeting, and conflict rules - so nothing is lost in the switch.
What information should I include in my message?+
To help us resolve your question on the first reply, include your Shopify store URL, the name of the campaign involved, a short description of what you expected versus what happened, and a screenshot if the issue is visual. The more context you share, the faster we can help.
Is support available in languages other than English?+
Our primary support language is English, but we are happy to work through translation tools for merchants who prefer another language. Write to us in whatever language is easiest for you and we will do our best to assist.
Where can I find documentation and tutorials?+
Alongside direct support, we maintain a help center with written guides and video walkthroughs covering campaign setup, bulk price updates, conflict management, and analytics. If a guide is missing, let us know and we will create it.
